Lent course

We are excited to announce that we will be offering a 6 week Lent Course called ‘Finding A Voice’ which is based on the film ‘The King’s Speech’. King George VI had a pronounced stammer and making speeches was torture for him. The film shows how he was helped to overcome this through the help of Lionel Logue who was not his first choice of therapist! After watching the film in full at our first meeting, each week we will watch a short clip or two followed by discussion; you can join in or simply listen to others. There are two groups, each hosting the same course but on different nights of the week.

The Tuesday group, hosted by Adam and Laura at their house, will begin on February 25th at 7.30pm.

The Wednesday group, hosted by John and Elizabeth at their house, will begin on March 5th at 7.30pm.

Everyone is welcome to come along.
